The final phase of the Hillcrest Country Estates community is the Grand Lodge. This 300,000 sq ft building will include Assisted Living Apartments.

 

These apartments will feature one bedroom with den and two bedrooms with two baths. These oversized apartments will include full baths, efficient kitchens and bay windows. A stunning protected courtyard, two great rooms, an elegant dining room, hobby shop and two-story conservatory will allow residents the ambience and grace of a lovely home with the services and amenities of a fine hotel.

Also in the Grand Lodge we will offer elegant Independent Living Apartment Homes, which are ideal for entertaining family and friends. Each apartment home features a kitchen to delight both culinary and interior design enthusiasts. The elegant bedrooms and baths in each apartment give residents the unmistakable feeling of luxury. The bedrooms will be large and feature walk-in closets, with ceiling fans in each. The gorgeous bathrooms feature spa tubs and walk-in showers.
